Big Dick’s Apricot Pork Chops

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes, Ready In: 25 Minutes
Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 (4 ounce) pork chops
  • 3/4 cup apricot jam
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Big Dick’s Dry Rub

Directions:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chops in the hot skillet, turning once.
  • In a measuring cup, mix together apricot jam and Big Dick’s Dry Rub. Pour over chops, and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, or until meat is done.
